AccessPoint RI, a human services agency located in the City of Cranston, provides services to persons with developmental disabilities throughout the Rhode Island area. The agency has been providing educational, residential, recreational and vocational support/training to individuals with disabilities since 1965. Residential Manager: (Full-time, 2nd shift)
Responsible for day to day running of the program. Work with all staff in developing an environment that will promote growth and independence for all individuals served. Schedules and supervises all Direct Support Professionals. Conduct staff meetings, trainings and evaluations. Work cooperatively and interact professionally with Service Coordinators, Day Services, family members, medical staff and outside agencies.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, access to an insured vehicle and ability to pass back ground clearances.
Education: Associates degree preferred with at least 2 years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
